Alison loves inspiring people to think differently and building organisational stories that ‘tell it as it is’. She is a seasoned and values-driven professional with more than twenty years’ experience in the fields of communication, reputation and marketing.

Before forming her own business, Alison was a Corporate Affairs Director at PwC. In that role she was responsible for championing the firm’s trust agenda in the wake of the global financial crisis, engaging a range of different groups on actions needed to build public trust. In earlier years, Alison led PwC’s Media Relations and Thought Leadership teams and enjoyed a secondment to Demos, one of Britain’s leading cross-party think tanks. Before joining PwC, Alison held a European Communications role at Deloitte, prior to which she managed its UK press office. Alison began her career in Public Affairs at the RSPB, Europe’s largest wildlife conservation charity, and followed this with a spell at Profile Public Relations, an issues-based communications consultancy.

A business graduate with professional qualifications in research and marketing, Alison is an RSA Fellow and a member of both the Chartered Institute of Marketing and Chartered Institute of Public Relations.  She is also a member of the City of London’s Trust Advisory Group.
